Building Confidence

Hello!
My name is Jeff_ and this is my 3rd year of blogging. Previous blogs were: ‘‘Maintaining Perspective’’ and ‘‘Embracing Learning’’. For this year I will go with ‘‘Building confidence’’. Not only is it a very important topic for me but also it connects with many things in my life. Self trust, positivity, believing that everything is gonna be allright, and being okay if it is not okay. Mastering what’s yours. Letting go of what never was.
Besides, I will also gonna be looking for improving my mental health and well being, pretty much as always. And of course learning, learning, learning, everyday.

Shortly about myself:
I’ve been playing online poker for many many years. Let's say from 2008. My main game right now is nl500, I also play nl1000 as well and I am very shy and hesitant about nl2000. It is quite scary for me and lifetime volume may be less than 1000 hands.

Volume is low as I don’t play many tables and select games

Improve confidence

Letting go of perfection and embracing being wrong

Expanding some limits and being out of comfort to grow
