This was actually my session that Peter Clarke reviewed, very instructive for me, so thanks again.

The blunder hand where I minimised EV - you will know which one if you watch the video - my thought process was worse than Pete would imagine. On the flop I knew I had a good hand but could not bet - my mind somehow reckons that as lost value (it's not). So when my hand improved on the turn - now I must bet to get value - quick, no time to waste.

And yes if Villain has JJ or a smattering of QQ+ (can happen with weak opponents), betting for value is OK. But if you take the time to hand read and figure out Villain's likely range - you get a better answer.

That's correct, and if you're Dutch you will immediately see that the player pool is not 100% Dutch, just looking at the nicks alone.
