Hello and thanks for this beautiful website!
My question: when the teacher is talking about percentages, for example how often should we do certain things, how do we calculate that? Let's say that the action required is a raise at 40% frequency. 40% of what? From where? Nobody counts every action and writes it down. So maybe there's another way of explaining?
