Been playing poker for 23 years, never professionally but have made a good amount of money on the side. This past year has been my most horrible experience by far culminating with my worst run in 6 months ever. Play 5/5 NL, 15/30 OE, 100 to 600 tourneys regularly, and have played in numerous bracelet and other large events in many states.
I know I am running bad, but it has destroyed my confidence and all of my reading ability. Every bluff is wrong, every call-off is wrong. Just don't know what to do. I see danger in every card yet every bet against me has to be a bluff. Just completely screwed up. Generally when I have played a hand optimum, its a cooler.
How do you start over? Rebuild confidence? Where do I go from here? A game I have loved and have made significant money in has just turned to mental torture.
Thank you
