Hi I've been playing heads up hyper turbo sngs and 6 max (but often running heads up or short handed) low bb cash games (max buy in 10bb) so lots of 10-40bb play.

I've been playing these for 13 years with lots of volume. I've done fairly well from them but I haven't studied much in recent years. At the start I watched lots and lots of videos of good regs playing hyper turbos and similar formats and between what I learnt there and intuition/experience in these games where most regs don't seem to have studied much, I've been able to do fairly well. The kind of content I exposed myself to 13 years ago seems fair less technical than what is out there today. I think I have a good feel for the game and intuition but my theory base has holes all over the place. I more just click the buttons I've found seem to work :). I'd like to really spend a lot of time studying the game and start feeling more confident in my own theory so that I can branch out and move away from purely low stack poker and play normal nlhe cash games and mtts.

I'm a bit lost to know exactly what my best strategy should be now going forward. There's so many videos, courses and training software but I have no idea where to begin and what's most effective. I'm happy to put lots of time into this but I'm a bit stuck with knowing my best route forward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hey was wondering if anyone can direct me to content focusing on shallow stacks? One format I play is 10bb cash max buy in so stacks are often shallow but grow as games run but mostly lots of 10-40bb spots. Thanks!
