As a US player, I unfortunately can't participate in SCOOP but I can do it in spirit at least! I appreciate there being some PLO MTT content available, since that is what I'm most interested in and there isn't a lot of content for it online in general. Some of the general MTT theory videos especially regarding mystery bounty adjustments were helpful as well. In one of Phil's videos (maybe on his YouTube channel), he mentioned striking a balance between playing time and study time so that the knowledge can be applied, which is difficult in the US but you have to play the cards you're dealt.

The most commonly studied spots involve later positions since they come up more often, like BTN vs BB and CO vs BTN. However, treating every position pair as one of these scenarios can lead to an incomplete strategy, specifically when the positions involved are earlier since ranges are so much tighter. In the example of AT4s in a 3bet pot EP vs MP, EP is supposed to check/fold dry middle and bottom sets vs a full pot size, which I can't imagine happens very often at all in practice. Similarly, even if both EP and BTN are supposed to bet half their range in a given spot, the difference in an range composition between the two means that the shapes of the strategies will be very different even if at first glance they sound similar.
