Iteopepe88,
Great 2-7 triple draw video. I used to play this game a lot in the past but have not played it in a while so this was a great video to refresh my memory on most of these concepts. I am looking to play some mixed game tournaments as well as some 2-7 triple draw so this was a nice start to my study.
Thanks

Francesco,
The JT hand at ~50:00 is pretty interesting (the analysis part). Seeing that JT leads more than QJ - AJ was interesting to see but makes a lot of sense as far as unblocking the over pairs that they are betting on flop. Fun hand.
Thanks

Tyler,
Nice video. Enjoyed watching you do some battling and explain your thoughts.
Thanks again Tyler

Tyler,
The KT hand you play at ~28:00 vs 77 where villain checks river when pretty much all draws miss and they are repping nutted hands, I agree that they should bet river instead of checking, but I am curious what sizing you would use here if you were the 77 in this spot. I assume 1.25 - 1.5x pot but I am wondering if we could go even bigger? Would we ever want to just be all in for 3.5x pot?
Thanks

Frankie,
Lots of interesting spots and analysis. Your thoughts as well as matlittle thoughts in the comments section about his reasoning for taking the line he took on some of these hands was nice to hear/see.
Thanks guys

thejericho2,
I thought it felt like I hadn't seen you post a video in a while then I realized I missed your last one and have to go back and watch it. Enjoyed this one and look forward to the last one and the next one.
Thanks

thejericho2,
Curious at ~17:20 when you over bet turn what rivers are you continuing to bet if called and you do not improve? Are we just going for it almost always given that we have a seven and are pretty polar here? Seems like that's the play, but curious if there are rivers that we shut down with this combo.
Thanks

Alexandre,
Your videos are always very interesting. Some pretty fun situations that you analyze as far as the donk sizing on the turn. The small lead vs large I always think of as which one is my opponent going to make more mistakes against. The small size is easier to play for sure and most players are probably not raising enough vs and when they do raise may use the wrong hand types/classes. The large size they may not defend very well against either and I feel like the way we play river in that line is probably pretty important (knowing the value bet thresholds and bluff candidates better than our opponents). Great video.
Thanks

Simon,
In the first example/conversation about the multiway domino effect where the bb has very little raises to the 25% psb from btn, does the xr frequency go up if original raiser doesn't xr as often as they should? It seems like our stronger hands get a fair amount of benefit from the raise coming in from original raiser and if this is not happening as often then xr performs better than it should. Curious if this difference changes strategy very much or not.
Thanks Simon

Frankie,
Enjoyed the analysis of the A8 hand at ~5:00 or so. You make some good points about thinking of the future game tree nodes as well as calling on river when getting that good of a price. Kind of sucks facing small bet that is likely a 9, but unless we know villain severely under bluffs we probably have to just pay and lose most of the time.

Tyler,
Curious how the math was done for the folding frequencies multiway in the AA vs 99 hand at ~30:00 when we go from folding 20% to ~58%. Maybe I just didn't catch how you calculated that (logic behind the math). I understand we defend less multiway (shared defense among the others), but the way to calculate is a bit fuzzy.
Thanks Tyler

Interesting to see the math behind some of the things that I have thought about in the past but didn't apply any solid analysis to. Fascinating video.

Tyler,
The hand at ~25:00 where villain over bets river (2.5x pot) on K44 turn 3 river 5 and they have A2, curious from villains' position, if this bet gets raised all in what would bottom of calling range for them be? This hand seems like it is never good vs value, and we would probably want better blockers? Would it be better to have a K or some other pair to block full houses or a hand that blocks 76? Interesting hypothetical situation and also illustrates why this sizing may not be the greatest.
Thanks Tyler

Interesting hands and analysis. Enjoying the series and analysis so far.

Dekkers,
Nice video. Seems like you can bet more often vs weaker opponents not only because their range has more hands that have a hard time defending, but also, we probably don't face aggression (raises) from opponent as often as we should post flop? I guess you could say we don't get counter exploited and we get to realize equity more often.
Enjoyed the video, Thanks

Alexandre,
Really nice video. Some of the examples are very intuitive while others had some eye opening 3 bet candidates. I definitely miss some of the value 3 bets like the Jx on the QQJ flop example, but I guess this would also be opponent dependent to some degree. Very interesting stuff.
Thanks again

Alexandre,
Some very interesting examples. The last hand for instance where the flop is Q32r I would imagine that villain is raising a bit with A7 and A6 (with backdoor fd I assume) with the idea of getting hero to fold better Ax either on the flop or future streets? Interesting that we choose Ax with Broadway kickers for reraise. While having over cards and backdoors as well as blocking better Qx hands of villain, getting them to fold hands we dominate like the A7 isn't immediately intuitive. I realize these are not the hands we are trying to fold out with the raise, but I would guess that these hands have more good properties than bad (like folding out dominated hands) and that's why they are used?
Thanks
Dekkers,
Pretty interesting hand/spot at ~20:00 where you bet 3 bet 63 on 9735 board river 5. Curious what combos you would bluff river with here or if you exploitatively never bluff this spot? If we think villain calls river with 98 would we rather have 8 blocker and give up everything else? Curious what your thoughts are on this one.
Thanks
