Hi!
Thanks for all the insights you’ve shared — really interesting stuff.
I had a few questions about what I’ve read here.
The first one is about the technical side of the game. You emphasize a lot the importance of fixing leaks.
If I understood correctly, this seems to be the approach you consider the most important in order to play “excellent poker,” even before focusing on exploiting opponents, etc. (if I got that right).
With that in mind, what do you think about using the HH import tool on GTO Wizard to directly highlight the EV losses in our plays?
I also had another question on a topic I haven’t seen discussed much here, but which I think is fundamental: stress management, especially considering the stakes being played here.
I’m trying to establish myself solidly at 1K and even 2K, and I have to admit I feel a lot of resistance when it comes to managing in-game stress related to the swings.
Thanks a lot for your answers.
Hey, first of all, thank you for your blog, it’s genuinely inspiring and extremely valuable.
I had a question for you that I think could interest a lot of other people as well:
Did you experience any major breakthroughs during your career whether technical or mental that completely changed your winrate or level as a player?
Or was it more the accumulation of many smaller improvements and ongoing work over time that got you where you are today?
I’d guess it’s probably a mix of both, but I’d really love to hear your perspective on it.
Thanks in advance for your answer.
