Really liked the database analogy. I think there's an argument to be made in sometimes needing to specialize, rather than always spreading your time across different aspects. Spreading creates a "wider" database to query, which is going to be more helpful in general, but sometimes we might need a "deeper" database to query rather than a wider one. Thanks for the video.

A key takeaway in the hand histories shown by both Pedro Fernandes and Adam Crawford is how we need to stop worrying about playing balanced or optimal against recreationals. Even though we study solid theory and GTO poker, most of our EV comes from our ability to exploit recreational players.
We should go out of our way to play more pots against these players, especially in position, and be much more willing to play unconventional poker. There are situations where we need to induce betting, and situations where we can blast off (overbetting 3-4x pot) to maximize our EV. Being able to recognize these situations is the key to crushing against these type of players.

Awesome video! Those hand histories towards the end were really eye opening
I know I'm a little late to the party but there were some great insights that I found still applicable and very useful for my low BI live MTTs.
