i was at a wedding couple weeks ago, and i was talking to an old pal from highschool who i havent seen in a long time.
he talked about the struggles hes had with alcohol over the years, how hes over came that.
now hes training to do an ironman competition not something hed ever envisioned himself doing prior.

i guess something i struggle with, is keeping a consistent schedule.
lets say the games im playing in are insanely good, fish are playing. I end up playing until 4am,
the next day ive ruined the time i usually get up, eat breakfast, gym. now when i do get up ill likely take a nap later on in the day because ill get sleepy

The result doesn’t really matter in the short run. The goal is just to give yourself the highest chance of making the best decisions when they matter most.
