i think QQ-AKs hard to say how good we are at estimating something like "postflop edge by calling AKs vs jamming" as changes are also the fish sometimes stacks AQo pre or just punts or cold4b folds some equity, i would smash it in and slowplay AA. My intuition says that jamming is better in nearly all scenarios besides one which is that we can really tell his range is just QQ,KK,AA,AK and then its getting closer to just not jam much besides kings i guess.

Your game is a system , you cant fix anything if the fundament core plan is not good. Your just hoping to run good and jumping to conclusions based on variance.

Instead of playing if you occupy yourself like all your energy to memorize some preflop ranges which you can actually just get for free and then say you sub to some well known software and start drilling stuff from basics like thinking which are all the boards you can c bet ur range and how to defend etc. quality of your game would turn you over time to a solid winner and you would punt much less. Its about off table work which isnt that fun or rewarding at first ...

T7s if not mistaken turn he can fold a bit ace already in theory to your size but it just never happens vs most so if barrel turn which i think is reasonable following through river seems solid
AA i disagree with flop 3bet , reason is player who bluffs there wants to put mid pairs to catchers to spot of folding turns and they may pick some polarized hands , so by 3bet he continue like fd and hands coolering you , dont think they raise Kx much . But by 3betting you put his low eq polar garbage hands to fold ... then turn Qd aftet he floated his range is super strong i would check back and try to find a river fold unless we improve.

Coin was good for headsup to me but for normal games ante its quite different and now software got lot worse imo. and rake nothing exciting.

Chico has its good and bad. High rake not great rb , promos on and off. Sometimes get whales but on and off often dry and tables start and close - quite stressful and timebank doesn't exist much. Good for less cheating when it comes to timebank being low but stressfull tbh.

why not just load 8 tables nl50-nl200 you don't need bluffcatch lot there as matter of fact less you do the better. Few whiskycokes at the cheap charley and loading some good lowstakes stuff and you could do great without overthinking it. ;)

Well practically diet matters a ton , under eating or too low proteine diet both cause more anxiety leading to overthinking. Secondly humans are social beings the brain calibrates totally differently itself if you see like 20 plus people everyday who you are able to hold some form of conversation with. Quality of the conversation is indifferent. But to make this happen when grinding online is harder to do. But if its done the impact is that the brain stops fearing of the bomb anxiety drops and overthinking stops.

These are things normies get for free in regular job's a schedule and moslty forced to some socializing. It helps them a lot and pokerplayers often overlook those needs as basic human needs and think that by just making money from home and having maybe a girlfriend or wife is enough when often unfortunately living in same conditions normies lived through covid 19 and they didnt cope well at all with isolation.

I tried live poker ans for some part my brain got to better place but for the other part ,, feeling like energy sinked to conversations and people that i cant add value to their life and neither can they do for me... it was getting annoying and isolating in its own matrix like way...

Somehow i see OP trying to micro-manage variance and worries lot about it yet focuses on mid-high games which seems like two contradictory things. Maybe could try a period of time of playing maximally nl200 and focusing on the volume. Maybe it could be good for the anxiety going down confidence getting boosted like you would stop fearing of mistake when in money the mistake would be quite indifferent. Then at end of month you may have played 45k hands or 55k hands instead of 7k. Your intuitions would sharpen up due to running more decisions through the brain every day.

As a northern European who lives in other side of world i would say not many worse places to migrate than poland right now. Whole Europe at edge of war and economic depressions. What about you would play some high-stakes live lets say in macau or usa , make new friends and not worry about online poker for while as its obvious that the lifestyle of online poker is isolating ,depressive and causes overthinking and anxiety. It dont matter where one lives if the lifestyle is that then it will be the same there.

KQo - hand , deciding based on assumption he probably has to turn some 8x / 9x to bluff and that was what you call "explanation" is not a very strong argument. He can easily over bluff the spot with his AQ/AT combos. Some will play turn passive with them so catching KQ starts to really suck (since turn) however rare to have such a read. Sure you should have some slowplays since turn and what I meant is KQ after you play flop as xR, x/ C turn is relatively close to top of your range and your thought process does not really convince me with the whole line . You range constructed a xR hand that never has many streets of value and is nearly always in trouble to bluff catch. That being said I like the fold probably on the river.

Also.. kiljusieppo should be tagged avg. reg at best , he is million miles behind modern poker. I know cause we are very close.

Not getting the river fold with KQo xR 7:09 , aren't you at the top of your range and every single AQ/AT should be in his continue since flop. You think exploitatively it is just not getting bluffed? Then you talk about the topic of having proper ranges to fight for pots but strangely you constructed a depolar xR range and just basically fold the top of it on the river after recognizing he has every AQ/AT continuing flop so you have to be like confident AQ/AT does not bluff river.

J85 - 3bp vs. fish 1/2p bet and then shove with JJ is just something I'm bit doubtful is good you just completely push him off the random part of his range you want him to continue so certainly I would start with smaller c-bet and never jam when get raised. What does the shove accomplish? Just makes him fold his polarized bluff part.
